The lady working was kind and professional. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. The truck was pulled up and ready. It was clean and ready to go.

Peggy KGreat service, great equipment! Easy to use, with great instructions/guidance from the staff, including initial hook-up and testing of Lights, and U-Haul App use. Worked as advertised for a 250 mile move! Would gladly use Gottis again.
