We had a 9:30 reservation, no one showed up until around 10am. We had somewhere we needed to be, which put us behind on our schedule. No apologies where given.

My pick up time was 10. I arrived around 1040 to an open office and no one in sight. The uhaul employee decided to show up at 1135 to customers who had been waiting as long as I had. I called another store twice and called the customer service line 2 times. We had all decided to call 911 as we were becoming extremely concerned about what we were seeing. Finally the employee rolled around the corner in the golf cart.....WITH MAJOR ATTITUDE. Unbelievable. The employee had the audacity to say "the doors should have been locked"!! I asked him who should have locked the doors. Long story short, I will never rent from this location and probably uhaul again. After thinking about it, he offered to take $10 off my rental truck and when I received my contract, it wasn't even done. I turned my truck in the same day and the contract said the next day at 547pm......really.

I was VERY frustrating on the first day of rental, Saturday, August 25, 2018. The Uhaul system/server was down and I had to wait, wait, wait, which inconvenienced me because I REALLY needed the truck and move. Due to the issue, I had to wait while the staff cobtinuouslt

Had to wait 40 minuets for someone to show up so I could pick up the trailer. I arrived 5 minuets before my pickup time. Inside of the trailer was dirty and needed washed out.

Not sure what’s going on with Uhaul, but there was confusion about myreservation in both ends. This location was really helpful & friendly, but she said sometimes customers would be there for an hour trying to return a Uhaul. I just wouldn’t recommend Uhaul at all to a friend right now, no matter the location. I have to move my stuff again in two weeks, and will be looking into options other than Uhaul

Even though customer service was adequate there was not a professional on hand to hook up tow trailer properly. Had several issues on trip that could have led to damage or an accident.

Lights didn't work on one trailer-The other trailer had a blown tire. The trailer wasn't swept out but i didn't notice until I got home.

Lady running the place has door closed at office hours and was not very helpful, not rude, but very unwilling to answer questions when I wanted to make another reservation. she had no idea about the rate, and fees, and was not willing to look into it. You lost a customer from that location
