Fix your online rental process, it took way too long and I wasn’t informed until I tried to pick up about the other forms needed which I didn’t have on me (passport?!, lease?! Who has that on them)

Bruce RI was coming from out of town to rent for a move (a 'grandma's attic' move) back to our home town. the propietor (at least i think he was) at Home Satellite Center really helped; he explained the system regarding substitution of equipment, changed my reservation for me during a phone call to move up the pick-up time, and was generally nice. He dealt pretty well with an unexpected rush of no-reservation renters while i was there.
Vincent FThe 3 day minimum rental requirement will make me rethink renting a trailer again. I was very disappointed. I have 2 pickup trucks and will probably use them instead next time.
