Steve L.Truck was dirty when rented to me. Dealer suggested that I clean it before returning to avoid a cleaning fee. Cab floo covered in dried mud. Dirty diaper and empty food and drink in cab. Broken driver side mirror which dealer confirmed they knew about when returned (safety violation). Broken ramp trolley, so I had to lay on my back and guide the trolley in while my 63 year old sister pushed it in. All so I could return the truck. Thank you for a pleasurable rental experience. Just what I have come to expect from Uhaul.
