truck was what we ordered and ready. Did the job for us and a good price .
GARY SThe lcoation was closed before the official closing time. The lock pass did not work. The car smelled of rotten fish. I ordered a dozen furniture blankets, which the van did not have. Never renting from U-Haul again
Anya CHow is the fuel surcharge $30 for 14 driven km?? Is there a way in the future to avoid that, figured that would be caked into the per km as these are vehicles with over 100,000 miles on them.
BENJAMIN LTruck exterior was clean but not the interior. I found a plastic flosser in one of the cup holders and an empty water bottle in the storage bin. Also the floor was dirty and had some garbage and dried twigs on it.
