No one there, I do not agree with self drop off. Older people still need guidance and that’s not what this drop off was. However the person I called (U-Haul) guided me through and then got back with me for confirmation through email. It worked out fine.
TAMMY WAn important fastening strap was discovered freyed and nearly severed. Did not see this until I arrived at location to load car to be towed. This damaged strap needs rdpair or replacement. I tried to let 911 repair service know about the situation but could no reach anyone. Not too happy about that but overall the price was good and the woman who rented the dolly to me was very polite.
VINCENT COk I reserved a vehicle trailer in Manchester tn.to bring a car back to Illinois with my 2006 GMC envoy when I get there they say you can't pull that trailer with my truck after I reserved it then he said I can give you a tow dolly which I rent for $134 but my card was charged $209 when I got to my car I found out I couldn't use the dolly so I wasted $134 for nothing and I paid a flat bed to take it home for $600
