A Fantastic couple managing this U-Haul. Great leaders representing the brand.
MARYANN CI hadn't any contact with personnel. Location didn't really look like a U-Haul business. The return was very easy (just put the contract and key in the box). The location was convenient by its location to my destination. I would probably tell the friend what to expect.

Robert FYou can look into the notes for the transaction to see that the vehicle was not maintained, I did not get the items I bought such as a dolly or furniture pads. I would not recommend this location to another person until this location takes better care of its vehicles.
ALLEN BHands down the best rental experience I've had. I use Uhaul several times a year and now that I've used 911 ADR I won't use anyone else. Friendly, accommodating, understanding, communicative….. are just some of the words I can use to describe them. Lacy will always pick up the phone or respond to a text almost immediately! If you're in the area and need to rent I highly recommend them!!
