The last uhaul I rented was 2 yrs ago at around 76 cents a mile. Now it is 99 cents a mile. Which ended up being a whole lot more than I wanted to spend.

Truck wasn’t ready for us. Only had 1/4 tank in gas. Should have been full of gas.. Truck cab leaked. When I was done I too ktruck to gas station and the gas gauge didn’t work so I wound up putting over a half of tank of gas in by mistake. Cost me $30 extra... if truck was full when I picked it up I would not have had that problem.

When truck was picked up and inspected it was parked in a manner that we could not open rear. When getting to move area there were numerous cigarette butts and cigarettes empty packs along with 100 or so news papers. Cleaned butts and packs out and started loading. When papers got in the way moved them and roaches came out everywhere! Straight towards the already loaded belingings! This mad me furious as we could not unload and re load. And now I receive an incorrect bill for 2 day rental where. I had the truck less than 8 hours! Second time renting a u haul in 3 weeks and this time it was horrible! I request the bill to be corrected and some sort of discount for my horrible experience would be appreciated.
