Well we were supposed to drop off at another location but they were NOT open. So had to call uhaul and get directions to another place. Which was this one. Lady was pleasant, area was clean. Then after we dropped it off o got a phone call from traffic at uhaul asking us if we dropped the trailer off. Omg the service was horrible will never use uhaul again

Esther P.The store hrs are 9am. My appointment was for 9:30am pick up. Personal did not show up until 9:40am. Equipment was in satisfactory condition. Make it a point to be on time.
Kelly D.Better lighting for after dark pick-ups, it was hard to see if the photos were accurate. I did the online/mobile pick-up and that process was not delightful, but it's certainly not the fault of this location, but rather your process at corporate.
