How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was not the location we had reserved the trailer at. It was out of our way and we loaded the trailer and it had a ceiling leak. Someone was sent out to repair it. On the road we had a flat tire in Georgia, it was repaired. Then we get to our destination and went to return trailer and that location told me they did not have room for it and sent us to another location.very unsatisfactory experience with U-Haul.
John HExcellent Customer Service, personnel were prompt to provide service and deliver truck.
Jaime TAbsolutely nothing. The woman who took care of me at this location was wonderful. Process was quick, she was personable , explained to me the billing process and was working hard. If she's not the owner, she needs a raise!
Christopher OGreat experience, friendly staff.
