The Truck had mechanical issues that the location was not aware of . I did notify them and they immediately sent it to be repaired. I highly recommend them for excellence in customer service and promptly getting things taken care of!ALTIN G.
Representative should have verbally communicated to us that we didn't have to fill the TRUCK up which is customary. Instead, it was only listed in the contract therefore, if a customer is in a hurry based on an hourly rate, a customer doesn't tend to read a contract. Therefore, we filled their Truck up with (14 Gal) of Gas UNNECESSARY. NOT VERY HAPPY ðŸ˜¡DAVID J.

Make sure the staff is honest. I rented a 20' truck then downgraded to one that was 15'. The clerk told me that the price was the same. I believed her. I looked up the price later and saw that it should have been $200 cheaper.Jeffrey H.

It was apparent that not everything was in order when I went for my scheduled pick up time. I waited for half an hour for the employees to a trailer. I watched them attach 3 different car trailers. Then the paperwork wasn't working in their system. I more than likely will not use uhaul again because of my experience this trip.KIEFER M.
Need to replace management (especially the assistant manager) completely worthless. Needed a simple question answered and was immediately put on hold for over 30 minutes not once but twice. So I had to drive over 20 miles just to get a question answered. And the assistant manager did the exact same thing to another customer right in front of me and showed no inclination that he was ever going to pickup the call. Worthless. No wonder this store has worthless ratings. But it is obvious UHAUL doesn't care about the customer so this will fall by the way side and forgotten. Worthless store and location.THOMAS B.

We reserved the equipment for 14 hours. We were told by the woman on duty we would have to have the equipment back to the location sooner than we requested due to them double-booking it or we would be "charged a lot more". What the hell? I reserved it and then get told I will pay more because they messed up. I will never rent Uhaul again!Robert B.
