The truck had not been wiped down on the inside from the previous renter. The mileage was way off on the truck, the fuel was way off. The ramp was torn up and caused us 2 and a half hours of time lost trying to get it corrected before we just disconnected the ramp from the truck. We missed out on two of our jobs fooling around with that raggedy ramp. The air works when it want to. It gets hot then cold, so we were burning up most of the time. It was a horrible experienceTOMEKA H.

The truck we were given failed to start multiple times over the course of 100 miles and 36 hours. The cup holders and drivers side door were filled with ashes and the cab reeked of cigarettes. We were charged for 24 blankets when we were only given 12, then when we returned those 12 received a phone call saying they only had 6 and we were being charged for the cost of replacing 18. We had to argue on the phone for hours over the course of the past week for the charge to be dropped (after them giving us a 50% discount on the charge-how sweet). THEN, somehow were charged a third time today. I have now been charged more than $300 on what should have been about a $170 rental, with no responses to my inquiries about the receipts I was emailed this morning. We were double charged for the rental, mileage, and the blankets and dolly we rented. Not only did we encounter all of these frustrating inconveniences and charges, but the truck we rented was just unreliable and dirty. It has been an all around terrible experience. I suggest using another company. Even if their initial rates seem cheaper, uhaul will double charge you and give subpar equipment and service.Zachary M.

The 1st of the transaction was pleasant, when u went back to return the truck the lady the works there overcharged me. When she ask me if I wanted to add insurance coverage for $14 , I clearly stated No , when I went to pay she charged me for the $14 for the coverage when I clearly stated to her that I didn't want that. She refused to refund me my $14 and told me that she didn't hear me when I refuse the coverage which I know was a lie. She told I had to call the 1 800 number to get a refund, I left the store because I didn't feel like arguing with her. I felt robbed because I clearly said no on the insurance but she claims it was a miscommunication witch is bull because it was just me and her in her shop and there was no loud noise. I will be giving her company a bad review on google and Yelp also ,ThanksCARLOS M.
