This vehicle was disgusting!!! The smell of cigarettes was so overwhelming that I had a pounding headache! Just sitting in the van for five minutes had the smell trapped in my clothes. The cup holders were sticky and you could see the residue of whatever was spilled on the seat. This van should have never been rented out. If I didn’t absolutely need this van due to me having to move so urgently, I would have given it back and requested my money back. This is ridiculous and who ever is responsible for cleaning needs to be held responsible for this.
