How U-Haul Reviews WorkBetter training on returns. I returned the dolly after 3 hrs and the following day i was charged for an after hrs return. I had to call and have the charges refunded. The reciept itself showed the time I left with it and the time I returned it. Yet they didnt have it marked in the system as returned according to the person I spoke with.
