Not only did the truck reek of cigarettes and alcohol but the random guy that showed up (employee) was not only rude, dismissive, told me I'm an idiot because the keys were in box #1 when the app said it was box #2 and it was because he put the key in the wrong box. Thats just the pick up. When I went to drop off the truck there were two guys in the back, one with a red shirt, the other just sitting there and the same employee at pick up just hanging out but they also reeked of alcohol and the guy in the red shirt says in spanish not realizing I speak the language "I would have let her ride my truck any day" when I stated that was inappropriate and that I understood him since I responded in spanish he told me he knew where I lived and if I complained he knew where to find me. Once I advised that not only was my uncle a cop but a detective for NYPD, he then says "oh, well I'll f**k him up right after I f**k you in front of him"...since I was alone with my elderly mother I walked to our car and got out of there...not only was I disrespected but disgusted at the way the "employee" just laughed it off and the total disregard not only regarding common courtesy but the obvious lack of care of the premise and property. My family and friends have always used that particular store for any of our moving needs so today's occurrence was a complete shock. I would appreciate a call from some type of supervisor to discuss this before I take the next step of reporting the issue to the local palm springs police department. Thank you in advance. I used to recommend this specific location off Lakeworth and Congress ave due to the cleanliness and amazing customer service, today ruined that. I warn anyone and everyone to record their interaction and not ever go alone.

Everything went with out a hitch
Carlos M.I think the uhaul check in through the app is fantastic. It will make me return. The only small issue was returning the truck. It was a Sunday and they were closed I get that but it was difficult for me to leave the truck Sonora not blocking anything
