Internet ad says phone 24 hrs, woke young lady up she states actually opens at 9 am. No office at site. Difficult to back trailer into parking area narrow with dropoff. Some concerns as to what would prevent someone stealing or damaging trailer before a employee arrives from offsite.

Called a few times, no response. It’s basically a truck repair / junk yard. I had to walk around to find someone who told me to drop it up front. Didn’t look at it for damage. Told me there was no paper work, didn’t ask my name etc. I took pictures just in case. It was just a strange sistuation.
maura WI was charged for mileage, gas, and a day late even though I arrived early, brought back with same amount of gas, and was under on mileage. When I call to try and talk tot he location I get transferred, put on hold, and then hung up on.
Leo MTruck broke down in Knoxville Tenn. This location had a 26 ft truck, so we took it. People were extremely nice and helpful. location was in the process of being renovated so it was a little hard to find. The people working there made up for it , amazing people. Final drop off place was Lewisville TX Nice place and workers were also very nice.
