Fix my phone access to a sales attendant problem. Not everyone is online like me and all I have is a phone. I needed a sales rep and waited 45minutes 3 different times to try to get through but there was no answer.. I am disabled and wound up sitting in the parking lot of the location to flag down an employee walking out for another customer. They were very kind and apologetic but still, nobody answers the phone.Jeremy F.
The truck rentals I've been booking at this location have progressively become worse and worse. Yesterday's topped the cake. The interior of the truck cabin was filthy and truly unacceptable to be rented out to a customer. The interior of the truck cabin contained used N95 masks, empty pop cans, food, and drink spills all over the center console, and wreaked like cigarettes. There is no way these trucks are sanitized according to Uhaul COVID19 standards, and the state of the truck yesterday could have put me and my business partner at serious risk. The exterior had several damage marks that were not indicated with an "X" sticker, and the inside of the actual cargo truck was littered with dirt, pieces of garbage, which required us to thoroughly sweep and clean out before we can use the truck for moving furniture.MITCHELL T.

The phonecheckion dod not work. After scanning drivers license and going rthrough all the checkin steps. The black box could not be found. even the clerk did not know where the box wass. I found the vehicle but no not the keys. Finally I ended up chekin in with the front desk and getting another van.Peter S.

The check in process we poor at this location; poor communication. When I checked in, all they kept mentioning was fees. In the end, the charged me a after hours return fee, which is have an open ticket for. I would avoid this location at all costs. Their main objective to make money is to charge fees. Uhaul! We had a great experience with the actual pick-up location and staff. Our negative UHaul experiences were all to do with the online web quality and call staff. Our online quote experiences were unsettling with unexpected quote changes, surprises and issues that we had to followup up with call staff. The call staff seemed disengaged and dismissive of UHaul web quality issues.WESLEYB M.
