How U-Haul Reviews WorkLot of red clay on a rainy day
Marilyn CYour app is garbage. Luckily the guy inside knows what he’s doing and helped me out. I was in and out in a few minutes.
Justin BAbsolutely wonderful drop off experience. The two gentlemen went above and beyond to help!
Clair MOnce again, when dropping off the truck rental, there was a malfunction with the app. I needed to call U-Haul customer service to explain the situation, after a short while I was sent a link to officiate the drop-off and be on my way. Overall, customer service was pretty good at pick-up and drop-off.
