clean the trucks, my furniture and items that I had to move got dirty from the truck. The building is crammed and dirty. The staff wasn't knowledgeable enough. The items I ordered weren't available. The staff person offered to rent me his personal dolly for cheaper than Uhaul's rate.

The owner was great. I left an item in the door pocket and didn't notice till two days after the drop off. When I called he immediately went to look for the item and held it for four days until I could pick it up. I felt that was above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

The only complaint that I have is the refusal to rent it to me for 2 days. I got itafter3 p.m. loaded it that afternoon &leftearlynextmorning& turned it in about 4 the next day. Because of having to pay for an extra day, I will check out other options next time. I was not informed that I would be charged an extra day until I got to Kennett, MO the employee was very helpful in hooking the trailer up

It was nice to have the equipment we needed at our requested location when we needed it and not have to travel out of our location because it wasn't available there The associate at Conder's Radiator Shop was beyond helpful. We were 1500 miles from home. He did everything he could to help us. He was friendly and very personable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. He deserves to be recognized for what he does there with Uhaul. Our experience couldn't have gone any better. Thank you.
