LWe had a second Uhaul trailer reserved at your location on 1916 Armour Road, KCMO for April 30-May 2. The Armour location rented out my U-Haul prior to my arrival. The person at the desk ended up telling my husband to shut up. After multiple calls to U-Haul, a supervisor, Willie, called and tried to assist, but no enclosed trailers were available in the city. He offered me a open trailer. I told him this was not coducive to what I needed. Asked about a box truck for the price of what I has originally reserved. He said no and said I was being uncooperative. I will never use U-Haul again. What is the point of a reservation?JILL C.

The employee team worked well together. Well one was doing the paperwork another got the vehicle ready. The check in process was quick and efficient. The only downside item would be the limited parking to leave your personal vehicle while using the rental truck.Carl T.

I would not recommend solely based on the fact the front desk lady was SO rude. From the moment I walked in, she was not pleasant, by any means. Mid transaction, my future roommate called me(hence why I was getting the UHaul). She seemed SO pissed off that I was on the phone and I clicked back on selecting an option for an insurance plan. When I went back, it is like she even got more mad. I resorted to not even answering my friends question on the phone because she was so pissed and he could even hear her on the other side of the phone. He told me he honestly thought she was talking to a co-worker because it was that unpleasant. Other than that, the person who gave and took my keys (two different people) were great. But first impression was with the front desk lady, and I can't even find a single good thing to say about her.Chaice W.

I guess the U-Haul computer system had went down the day before, and everything was backed up. It wasn't the locations fault but it took a little longer than expected. They did help me transfer our reservation from another location that worked out well.Ryan D.

Was disappointed that the dollies I had reserved were not available at the time of pickup. I had reserved a furniture dolly and a 2 wheel dolly. None were available. They did comp me an appliance dolly. Made my move longer with more trips back and forth and carrying furniture instead of rolling it. UGH!!Anthony A.
Apparently there miscommunication after I unloaded my pick up I said I will be back at 7pm. I got back at 6pm. This little kid told me you 10 minutes to get unloaded and off the premises. He was mean, insulting and rude.Mark B.
I was grateful to get what i thought was a deal and didnt want to complain when i was given a half broken tow dolleyor thw fact that the guy didnt even bring it to the rental pick up section or even the fact that they didnt even do a walk around per agreement on their part. just to turn around and charge me for damages to a tow dolley that i didnt do. I tried asking if at all possible could they go as far as pull the tape from the security camera to verify i wasnt lying and was told there was no possibile way. Called the 800 number still waiting for a response. I will never come to uhaul againBianca H.

Great customer service The employee that came out to check the lights even attached the 5 x8 trailer to my suv and gave me a few pointers on how to handle the trailer when driving with it , very happy with my rental, this location went above the call of duty to get me hooked up to the trailer and I would recommend to anyone and everyone I know ,,, give these guys a raise they deserve it!!!!! ðŸ˜Š ðŸ˜ƒMichael F.
