There was no key in designated location. We were on the phone for an hour (20 minutes on hold) to get access to l Another truck which had nothing. We fortunately brought a dolly. That truck had 86 miles to use. The actual location had one helpful employee; the one before the move was a disinterested individual who could not work the computer Under no circumstances would I recommend the Stadium Drive rental location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkConvenient and quick service. Keep it going!
MARK AThe only negative is that they forgot to put the dolly in the truck. Otherwise everything was great.
BROOKE BQuick and efficient. Good staff!
Tim MAllow me to rent a van - even if I do not live in Kalamazoo! Was very frustrated the owner would only rent out his nice van to residents within the city of Kalamazoo. I have been a life long client of U-Haul and guess I have rented from them at least 20 times
