To start in writing up my rental agreement I was told that the price would be adjusted at the time of return when I return the vehicle I was informed that because I pay with a credit card there would be no adjustments made on the price in which I was charge for two days when I only used one day I also over Filled the gas tank which no credit was given so I'm not really happy about being charged for a day I did not use and I would like for my bill to be readjusted in order to rectify this wrongJOHN ERIC C.

The only issue I had was that the 6x12 enclosed trailer does not come with a jack. I was brutal trying to unhook the trailer when i dropped it off (on Sunday - location was closed). thankfully there was a broken pallet on the ground so I used a 2x4 to pry up on the tongue while my 215 pound son stood on the back of the empty trailer. UHaul should consider mounting jacks on these trailers, or allow customers to take a jack with them.TODD DAVID S.

I received a follow up call from the regional office saying that the rental location of the cargo trailer showed it had not been returned yet. The trailer had indeed been returned on a Sunday and the location hadn't checked it in until Tuesday after I said it was on their lot.IAN JOSEPH B.

The location was fine- really no interaction. The customer service phon line was terrible. I tried to go for over 30 minutes the first time and never got through. . Subsequent times that I had to call it was well over 10 minutes each The app kept throwing curveballs. The first pick up time I did not make and I canceled my entire reservation. I rescheduled for the next day and needed a window of time they told me it was fine to get it earlier just not after the time so I arrived one hour and 15 minutes early and still couldn't get it because it was too early. I will never use the app again. I used to think the in person experience to rent was painful but nothing like the phone and app was on this rental.amy N.

I wish I could remember the gentleman that I spoke to when I called the number to let them know that I was dropping off the truck in Kalamazoo he was wonderful he took care of all my needs made me feel valued and waived some charges due to again the Lansing office did not follow through on my drop off point so I didn't even know where to go if it wouldn't of been for this gentleman so if not for this experience I would never came back to U-HaulAnd/or even referred anybody to U-HaulBrendakay T.

It was assumed I was bringing the truck back from the place to where I was traveling. I wasn't asked the final destination and I didn't think to clarify that I wanted to leave the truck at the destination. By the time I realized this mistake, the truck was packed and there was nothing the location or the U-Haul company did to help correct the mistake or defray the expense of the extra 200 miles of driving. It seems this mistake would be easily avoided if there was a standard set of questions asked about destinations / one-way vs. local return / etc.WESLEYJASON T.

Stadium was a great experience however your Portage Road location was a nightmare and that is where I originally made my reservation at. I booked at the Portage Road location online and reserved my pick up for 12pm. I had to wait in line for 1 hour because 1 person was working. My van wasnt even there. They called stadium location and I was able to go there and pick up the van but I wasted 2 hours and had people waiting for me to help move. People who book their reservation online should be able to go to the location for pick up and not have to stand in line. I was standing behind people that were waiting to book a reservation. Horrible experience. It wasnt until I got to the Stadium location that things went a little better. This is also the 2nd time that I have booked a reservation online and had to wait in line for over an hour.Lashon P.

My comment is toward the UHaul website and UHaul App. Not the pick up or drop off location. I reserved the UHaul online and then downloaded the app. I was able to do all checkin requirements, which was nice. However, there is an extreme disconnect between the website, the app, and customer service (the 800 number). None of the three were able to show our actual rental, which was a 5'x8' cargo trailer. The website, the app, and the customer service phone service all showed a different pickup location as well as a different type of trailer. When I called customer service the representative, after having differing information on the app and the website, said our rental would be all set at my preferred pick up location. When I called our pickup location, the day before our scheduled pickup, they did not have us listed as picking up at their location. They were able to quickly make the necessary changes and we got what we needed, when and where we wanted to pick up the trailer. But the misinformation between the website, app, and customer service should be addressed. It was frustrating for us. I do want to emphasize, both pick up and drop off locations were great, customer focused, and easy to use. GraciasGreg O.

Easy pickup. The staff was friendly, helpful and expedient. A major plus is that they are right next door to a doughnut shop. After picking up the rental it is easy to grab a few doughnuts for the road.David S.
