Excellent Customer Service, Equipment was ready for us, clean and gassed up. We have been to other UHaul rental facilities in the past that were not very good. We are glad we found this location and will be returning to them when we have future needs. Gracias.

JANICE PI was charged an extra 7 dollars for a gallon of gas , when I returned the gas hand was exactly where I left it at .

NATE AI dropped off after hours so limited interaction with the team. Parking lot was fairly full and there should be info on where to park if that happens. Ability to use the app to drop off was a game changer - nice job! Other customers were there using the after hours pickup - so that is nice as well.

AARON AThe staff at Interstate Battery was extremely friendly and helpful. They explained my options and how to return the vehicle after hours. The app wouldn't recognize my location, otherwise I would have done everything online.
PETER FLocation was great, nothing against them. But fix the U-Haul app. When turning in the U-Haul, the app glitched multiple times and would freeze and force close when submitting pictures. Took photos two separate times just for the app to crash and then it said I had no U-Haul rented, didn't show past history either. Had to wait to talk to a customer service rep and resubmit all pictures which made a quick check out process a 20-30 min ordeal.

Marcus FVery impressed with U-Haul. Clean and newer truck. Although I didn't need help from the gentleman at interstate battery who rents the U-Haul's, he asked if there was anything else I needed, which was very nice. I was also extremely pleased that U-Haul had given me a discount for the gas that I had put in the truck, being that I brought it back with more gas than what was in it when I started out. At first, I was a bit disappointed because I thought that I spent more on gas that I needed to. Seeing the discount for bring the rental back with more than I left with was very pleasing. Overall, I had a great experience renting U-Haul.

Nancy PI had an issue that I couldn't get back to Kalamazoo with the trailer. I called customer service and asked would it be possible to drop the trailer in Lansing. Not only did the customer service respond quickly on July 4th, they made arrangements for a Lansing location drop. And there was no extra charge. Thank you so much for making a challenging move so much easier.
Tim MAgain, wasn't easily noticeable from the street. Wan't sure where to enter the parking lot. Otherwise, they did a good job.

CHARLENE TMy whole feedback is based on this: The driver's side front turn signal was not working & should be replaced. 10 min after pickup I discovered it didn't work. I pulled into a parking lot & called Ron. He said that the UHaul tech was going to replace the bulb prior to my rental. At drop off, I was told UHaul made the decision to not fix it & let drivers do hand signals.

Neil DFirst of all this location was a last minute switch after my promised location ( which I personally visited and was assured they would have my trailer) didn't have the trailer I reserved available l. I was forced to drive out of my way a day early to get my equipment. The truck and trailer were both filthy and had not been cleaned. The gas warning lite was on on the truck. Overall bad experience!!

sean kI dropped off the vehicle after-hours, so did not meet the personnel. The drop-off went quickly and smoothly, and the location seemed well-kept and nice the bit I interacted with it. I had a bit of trouble finding the link to return the vehicle using the online process instead of the app, so having the link directly in the pick-up email would have been an improvement.

Daniel HHad an issue with early check-in...app was clunky and not working properly. The young man in the office, came out - asked me if I needed help -opened his office early and checked me in. In addition, he added a couple of hours for return time due to the delay and problems with the app. Ya, absolutely refreshing to see that kind of friendly, professional service again...first class! You bet that I'll look to this site for U-haul service.
Larry KTruck smelled like smoke. When I entered the renewal location, I was greeted by an employee who kept flipping a hunting knife in and our while helping me. Very unsettling.

Douglas CComputer was crashing. Constantly, it took forever to get the truck finalized with paperwork. I'm talking like an hour. !!!! The guys were absolutely pleasant to deal with, however, the inconvenience and losing an hour from the use of the rental, was not up to satisfaction …. And that being said. Not exactly pleased whatsoever with that aspect !!!!!
