The customer service has issues doing their jobs. They didn't have my reservation in the system when I showed up. They were not up front over the fees for the deposit. Also I reset the trip mileage in the truck I used before leaving the Uhaul location. I tracked the Mileage on my phone also. I was charged for more miles than I used. I was charged for 50 miles when the actual used milage was 45 miles.

I used the 24/7 Truck Share, and my pick up process was not very smooth. - My truck was not where the map indicated it would be. - The truck was actually trapped in between two other trucks, and I had to have staff move the trucks out of my way. - I had an appliance dolly on my order, but it was not on the truck, so I had to get the staff to give me a dolly as well. The trucks were clean, but I did not enjoy the pick up process.

We didn't talk to anyone here. Even though the location said it was open, there were no representatives on location or in the office. We had to leave a note at drop off and call the customer service line to confirm.

Picked up my truck at 9am at 2pm got a call saying I was given the wrong truck and it was reported stolen. They did fix it but if I had been on the road it would have been a mess.

You can not charge customers for being an hour and a half late on their contract, which the employee at the store was supposed to change, but did not. Also they stopped answering the phones after 530 when they're open until 7. I've used Uhaul 10 times in my life, but I would rather die than use them again. You're just in the business of deep dicking people now apparently. I will use Jim Bobs house of trailers or Penske or literally any other service than deal with you guys again. I will tell anyone I know not to use you. Which all in all will make very little difference to you, but just know there will be someone out there that is trying to make you lose business at every single turn because you guys are greedy, disgusting fucks. I didn't even have the trailer half a day, when I could have literally rented it for 24 hours and not been for two days if I'd selected that on the site. The purpose I needed it for was delayed by another store and I tried to tell one of your employees this, but it didn't matter enough to change my reservation.

Do a little more inspection on wipers and tires because I had a broken wipers blade on the Driver's side and the outer tire was bald right down the middle of of the tire On the Driver's side other than that I had no problem

Was told if I used my debit card there would be no deposit.. well that was not true because there was a $200 deposit that held my card up for 4 days.. the rental was supposed to be $25 it ended up being $56 I had the truck for one hour.

Well I needed to rent a truck to go 3 miles down the road to pick up a TV and was told o had to have a credit card to rent a truck. If I would have known that I would have went to hertz or another moving company. Definitely lost my business thats for sure

When someone orders a pickup truck, make sure it has a ball hitch. All of Joplin's locations didn't have a single ball hitch. So I'm out of $40 because I had to buy my own at Walmart. Also, $100 for a truck, for less than 100 miles is insane, and your guy tried to lie about me going over the mileage, I got pictures, bud. Trash crew.

I had to sweep out the storage area before I could use it. The fuel level was NOT 3/4 of a tank as my contract showed, but 36 miles to EMPTY. Since they did not redo the contract, I did not get a fuel adjustment, as they said I would. The truck was not clean, like the photos and there were some body issues not noted by 'stickers'.
