The yard looks like a mechanic shop which it is, but I have used this location on 3x and have no complaints.very friendly

Parking lot was jumbled with trailers and vehicles and other junk. I dropped off after hours. Put my trailer neatly in front of another trailer as out of the way as I could. Definitely opportunity for improvement. However, when I called the shop the day before to touch base, the guy was friendly and helpful. Given it’s in a rural town and convenient, I would rent and drop off from them again.

Andrew WThis location was fine, but someone up the chain rented the van that we had previously rented, and it didn't get back for our rental date. We got a small moving van, but what we wanted the personal van for was to deliver flowers. They sloshed all over the place while we were delivering them because of the rough ride of the small moving van. Had we gotten the van we rented online, none of this would have been a problem and our flowers would have gotten to their destination in a much better condition. The local U-Haul dealer did nothing wrong, and was very friendly and helpful, but we're seriously considering what we will be doing next year.
