PLEASE get an actual app or provide local contact numbers or free public Wifi at the location. Twice I tried to rent a truck and had major difficulties both time. The first time I had to walk away from the truck I could see but couldn't rent as the manager did not set it up for mobile pickup. Had to cancel my movers and try again two weeks later. I chose a different location for truck pick up and had a little better experience. The second location gave me a cell phone which I was able to call and get help for me as well as a fellow renter also having difficulty. Cell service was poor in the area which made renting by mobile phone quite a chore!!! Or be open on Saturday mornings when many people are trying to pick up a truck.Jaclyn N.

I was directed to this location by the another UHaul store which had called ahead to confirm my appointment. I arrived ahead of my appointment time (during posted business hours) to find the store closed. Various pieces of equipment were strewn haphazardly throughout the parking lot. The truck I was renting had not been locked and they key was easily accessible to anyone who may have happened to walk up. The truck had also not been cleaned (garbage in the cabin, dirt throughout the cargo area) and the equipment I had payed and signed for was nowhere to be found. I wound up having to visit another UHaul location and signing another contract to receive the equipment that should have been included with the truck I picked up in Jena.Rhonda F.

Mr and Mrs Spears went above beyond to assist me. Your main office as well as your Alexandra Louisiana branch were horrible. I would not recommend your call center nor Bre to a dead person.Deann C.
