I dropped off off-hours, so there was no one there, but the location was fine. The directions on Waze don't get you quite to the right lot, but they do have lots of signs.

There is nothing wrong with rental location per se. The problem is the u-haul app and the pick up process is an unmitigated disaster. I couldn't make it work and had to call a supervisor. While I was at the location, the three other people were also unable to use the app to get there vehicles and had to call for help. Your app is useless to either pick up or return a vehicle. To return the vehicle after what I thought was a completed return process and locking the vehicle etc. it then asked for pictures of the exterior of the vehicle. Those pictures should be at the beginning of the process after confirming the gas and mileage. All in all, I would say the neighborhood model was more trouble than it was worth given the ineptitude of the app. The only saving grace about this whole process was Ken Richardson. Without his help and guidance I wouldn't have ended up with a van on one day or have been able to pick the vehicle up or return in on another. Basically, your app is so bad that I had to call Ken both to pick up the vehicle and to return it because the interface is so bad

Ayan CThis is just a parking lot with key boxes on a wall, with no one to help if problems arose. And of course, it did. The U-Haul App is glitchy and slow(not due to cell service.) It would not let me move past the driver's license part. After 60 minutes, I finally got to the part where it was supposed to give me the combination to the lockbox. And of course, there's no combination! Getting hold of someone on their toll-free number took 3 attempts, and then I was routed to others who might be able to help. Finally, after 1 1/2 hours, I spoke to someone competent. I Wish I had taken her name to commend her here. She got a hold of the location "manager" who called me. The keys were in a drop box, not the pickup lock box which leads me to believe he did not do his job. The truck was reserved days in advance. The customer service is beyond poor. It sucked. I will never rent from U-Haul again
