The person I dealt with was not helpful at all. She wouldn't come out to the truck to get me checked in. I had to leave it and they said they would email me a receipt later. Well, they did - with more charges! I turned in the truck with all the equipment and with the same amount of gas as when I rented it. I am unable to talk to anyone (unless I want to wait on the phone for 45 mins) so I don't know why I'm being charged almost $100 more, on top of the $1100 I already paid!STEVEN D.

It took an average of 30 minutes each time I called uhaul to get someone on the phone. Only the 3rd time was I able to get information about adding a second driver to my trip. The 2 previously had given wrong info saying that the 2nd driver had to be physically present to present their driver's license at time of rental.. On returning my van the attendant was not present in the store area for over 30 minutes while customers waited. Only 1 employee on site for enormous facility. After another 30 minute wait on hold your corporate call center was able to contact him so that he came to the desk from the warehouse area. You are understaffed and your people are not properly trained.Billy B.
2nd terrible experience here since February. The employees are just breathing bodies who care nothing about customers or customer service. They do love their phones though. First time i finally had to get 1-800 to help me return a trailer after almost on hour of dealing with an incompetent employee. This time Equipment in bad shape-could not get trailer hitch to drop onto ball properly. Employee no help. We Went to another trailer on the lot and it worked fine. She refused to give us that one ... because it was â€œ reservedâ€ for another day. Need to be concerned about customer today and work to fix the other later. I had a reservation too and expected working equipment. On our own, we worked on fixing your equipment because we had to have a trailer then and all other places closed. After all the problems i should have at least received a discount. Terrible employees, terrible service and this was the same for most of the others i watched her deal with.SUZANNE A.
The truck was in terrible shape - badly dented and scratched, broken windshield, broken door handle, and smelled like a dorm room in the cargo area. I ordered a furniture dolly with my truck. I was never directed to pick one up from any other person, so I assumed it was in the truck. I arrived home and it wasn't inside. When I went back to get one, the attendant said this location didn't provide them. I was disappointed, but also upset I was charged for it.Bryan W.

We rented a dozen moving pads and were told to get a package of same from a bin. It turned out that there were only 6 pads in one package which we only found out when we opened them. It was too late to go back for another package.STEPHEN C.
It was completely ridiculous and a major inconvenience that there was no backup plan/paper system with the system being down on 4/18/21. I had family drive 4 hours to help me and it put us in a bind. This makes me not want to use uhaul in the future and definitely would not recommend uhaul!Jana S.
Provide a friendlier staff member. She was extremely rude and very short at pick up and return. At pick up she handed me the key and said "your truck is outside" she did not do a walk around which is supposed to happen. The paperwork said the tank was full and it was not. I drove 29 miles and the truck help $30 in gas. That shows there is no way the truck was on full. But since there was no walk around at pick up i have no way to prove it. At return the sign on the canopy says to remain in vehicle for inspection. The same female came out said are you returning. I responded "yes" she said did you pay with a card? I said "yes" she said just leave i will get it later. I have a problem with this because once again if she had charged me with any damage. I was already gone and no way to defend the charges. I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location!John W.

This location is a busy one. I stood in front of the counter for several minutes with multiple people behind the counter but only one person was helping customers. No one said a word to me or any customer until they were ready for us to step forward. Acknowledgement of the customers and opening other lines would be a big service.Daniel R.
