I reserved two furniture dollies with the truck. I called a week before the rental to ensure the dollies were secured, as a year prior I was not supplied the dollies I requested. I was told that they would be available. When I arrived on site, I was told there were no furniture dollies available and that the next closest location to check with did not open for another two hours. This is the second year in a row that I have been told that the equipment I reserved was not available.Kristi A.

The store and its people were great. But, I thought I rented a truck at a location that was 5 minutes from my house. But, I was sent 25 minutes away. I wish I would have known that up front. May never use you guys again because of that.Dan H.
The truck itself was clean and had a good amount of gas in it when I picked it up. However the wheel alignment seemed off because the steering wheel was not straight which made it kind of hard to turn the truck at times. Also the gentle man at the front who helped me when I pick the truck up gave off a terrible vibe when I was there. He did not greet me when I came in nor did he make any eye contact with me or any of the other customers that came in after me. He just seemed like he didn't want to be there. When I turned in the rental I told the clerk it needed brakes and the steering was very loose. I asked for a receipt he asked if was on a credit card and he said it would be fine. I will dispute the charges. Bad experience. Close to closing timeRUSSELL Z.

The truck was very dirty they sent me to that location after I told them it was very inconvenient for me I was charged those miles to from that location they said it was only 9 miles from the original pick up location it was 13 miles one way I was charged 26 miles for extra because at the very last minute they called me to tell me mine wasn't available at location I booked lady that called very rude.Kathi G.

When do you sanitize the vehicle being used.? Sanitizing of the vehicle should be in the process of turn-in. Sealed bag w/wipe (s) in each vehicle. U know when customer completed this process u see a new bag that is in place. Photo shot is required.TINA M.

You sent me an hour past where I needed to be. That cost me 2 hours of extra travel. Not appreciated. Your on line app indicated I had the right trailer. It did not work. I lost an hour making it work. Total lost time 3 hours. Cost to make it work $300.00. Not a good experience. I was considering U-Box for my move. I will look much harder at the alternative after this experience.David K.
Have your staff wear masks! Also, we received a call AFTER the time we were due to pick up our truck that it was not available at the location where we reserved it. So we had to drive to a second location to pick up the truck. This cost us an extra hour of time on moving day. Better tracking of your available trucks is essentialSara K.
I still don't have my receipt. I got your survey request before the receipt. Also, don't allow someone to book a truck when you don't have a truck. If you only have one and we're waiting on someone to bring it back on time, you don't actually have a truck.Donald G.

My truck was idling and speed was picking up properly when trying to proceed on highway. Truck kept jerking on me. Wasn't happy on the experience and i notify the guy at the uhaul place once i returned but was told manager is gone for the dayDarius F.

Update the signs at the return station. They say to wait there with the eqpt for a staff member. Sat there for 10 minutes before someone came out, headed to the propane station not me, and told me to just back the trailer into a spot, drop it and go.Brent A.
