Uhaul made my move by far the worst, I was given one price for the entire move, then charged another once I got to the place. I was told to pick up at one location, but the app wasn't working, the customer service number took over 1 hour to answer and I had to drive another 30 minutes out to get the other truck since the one I was set to pick up ended up not having keys. I was given a $50 refund only to spend an additional $60 when I got the other truck, but I was told my price to the usuals of the truck was what I paid online.. I'm never using uhaul again.NORMAN G.

I reserved a cargo van to move some office equipment around town, When I got to this location I was told by the attendant that I couldn't get the van because apparently I needed a MAJOR CREDIT CARD! Major as a American Express she insisted. I ended up with a 10ft truck. It is a first time I heard such thing specially when I rented from U-haul before with my MAJOR CREDIT CARD VISA with 30K credit limit. Unbelievable!!! 1st time at this location and last! U-haul costumer service have been going down the drain lately.Jose G.

The service was terrible I had to wait so long for someone to help me and getting to the cashier was complicated I had to go through a tire place. They lied and said I drove way more miles then I possibly could have. And also charged me for gas when I gave it back to them with more than what they gave it to me with. The overall rental experience was poor. I wanted a 5'x10' trailer. After ordering online I received a phone call the next day that there was not one availavle within 30 miles. A 5'x8' was available within 5 miles. But, on the morning of the rental, that location called and I had to go approximately 15 mile to pick up the unit. And then return the unit that far when I was unloaded in the afternoon. When we returned the unit, the technician in the trie garage only verbally acknowledged that the unit was returned.MICHAEL C.

Dirty. Had to enter through a working garage and storage areas no help in disconnecting or leaving the trailer. Not helpful for returning. no one wearing a mask. Didn't register the return for 3 days after the trailer had been returned and only after calling to inquire as to why.Kevin P.
The people at the location aren't helpful. The customer care number has a long waiting time around 15-20min. I took it from the 24/7 pick-up but still they have a pickup time beyond which you can't pickup the truck. This is so stupid, it completely defies the purpose of something being 24/7.Shreya G.
I was sent there to rent a van. Female said my M/C debt was not accepted to rent a van. She proceed to find a smaller truck. I had no idea she meant a 10 foot truck which I drove to my location I could not step up to close the huge pull down door so when I return, after removing my items from truck I returned to location. Told agent big mistake and to put me into I truck I could not handle was inexcusable on her part. She had no care other than to say â€œ tried to help youâ€. I'll seek litigation!'mMartha T.
