Baylee H.The delivery point recommended for return was not well marked as a U-haul location. it was not easy to find. The man refused to look at my contract. He did not allow me to stay while he checked the truck. He said he did not do any paperwork --expect an e-mail. The e-mail never arrived and I became worried since I had no proof of delivery and could not verify the condition of the truck. I called the Springfield store to complain. I tried to call the delivery point but the number given to me was no longer a valid number. I took pictures of the truck to verify its condition and location. I called U-haul customer support and obtained proof of delivery at the full price --no discount for delivering to this location as promised even though I drove past a closer U-haul store to go there. I called the Springfield store concerning the $30.00 discount they promised but could not get an intelligent response.
