When you switch my 8:30am reservation to a different location make sure that place opens at 8:30 and not 9am. I had to wait for the guy to show up and was late to an appointment.

The employee working that morning was blunt and not very friendly. Showed up at 757am and was told to wait outside since they open at 8am. Then, wasn't even let inside until close to 10 minutes after 8. Just a bit of a disappointing start to a long day especially since I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up this truck that had 17 miles of gas left. I know May 1 is probably the worlds busiest moving day but I felt like Uhaul did not have their ducks in a row for a paying customer.

I really didn't like that I was charged (or the charge was held) before my time to pick it up. And on top of that I was charged with an extra fee that I didn't want. Then when we got there they did not know how to hook up the trailer correctly and it took us over half an hour to just get the trailer on the car. For reference, I picked up the same trailer with the same car the weekend before and we were in and out within 10 minutes.

Fix your contactless check in. Spent an hour trying to get it sorted on the app and website, and on the phone with my bank and your two contact numbers only to have the 24/7 change my contactless pick-up to a normal pick up. The guy working there was very great, but the first person on the phone was only useful enough to pass me off to someone else.

I returned the truck the same day I rented. It was due back Sunday. On Monday they called me stating I didn't return the truck. I had to tell them where it was which was on their lot. Horrible experience.

Not prepared to rent vehicle was advised the guy that handles rentals is not her today. This after confirming directly with uhaul the night before and receiving an email the day of picking up the rental. Place was very disorganized

This was not my original chosen drop off point, but for some reason the UHaul rep had to assign me there when I picked up the truck. It was hard to get to (directly in a small, one-way, downtown road), had a tiny lot, and barely had room for the truck and trailer. Having to go there wasn't the fault of the drop-off location, but it was a lot more of a hassle than any of the places that were originally given to me as options.
