Everything went well. The individual went out promptly to inspect the truck however they charge us for an additional 4 miles. I guess that was not included in drop off? It would be nice to have a little cushion to allow for the change of hands from destination and drop off location. Overall, the staff were friendly, truck was clean -swept and I did see a sign for a $25 discount if it was clean, but I did not follow up. Thank you for allowing us to utilize your equipment.

Matt KWe reserved a truck from the closest location to our starting point. However, the size truck we needed apparently was not available at this location. We were directed to another U-Haul location to pick up a truck. We were then charged an extra amount ($8) for exceeding the mileage limit. Had we been able to pick up the truck from our initial location we would not have gone over the mileage. We do not feel we should have been responsible for this extra charge. In addition, we returned the vehicle with 3/8 of a tank of gas more than was required. This was pointed out to the worker at the drop off location.
