Not clean, coffee stains in cup holder, leaves on floor dirty dusty cabin and handle knobs. Cleaning sanitizing wiping down of cabin completely need to be Maintained for every rental. Paper documentation of rental you have to ask for or they send to email due to their purchase of paper not supplied by Uhaul. Definition of clean totally different between the two parties. Very unprofessional behavior as far as we are concerned. Will not recommend this location for rentals!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe place was closed at the time of picking up the truck. I had to wait for 15 minutes.
Flavio CNothing at all, Kevin’s garage is the best place to run a U-Haul quick and precise and has the equipment ready to go
James GIf you are choosing for the customer to take pictures before they accept the truck, that should be made clearer to the customer. I was 2 miles down the road before I realized I had to take photographs of the truck. It’s unsettling to check-in with the renter and receive the receipt online. He was a very nice renter. Just felt like the rental was incomplete. For longer term rentals, there should be some offer of free mileage based on duration. I had the truck for 2 weeks and the charge for mileage exceeded the rental.
Ismael NDefinitely will be going back if I need a truck again! Friendly and fast service
