I had a very frustrating experience due to charges that I did not agree to. I did not select insurance, but it was automatically added to my bill. I also used a $7 trolley, but I was charged $10. On top of that, the mileage was recorded much higher than what I actually drove, which led to an unfair overcharge. I have tried to contact customer service and left a message, but I have received no reply or resolution so far. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. These issues must be addressed and corrected.

There was not vehicle assigned and I was doing virtual pick up and so customer service was able to assign me an alternate to what I had ordered and the result was that I was double axel instead I single. Thus I had to alter my route because of where double axels are allowed and also had to pay way more in. Gas that I would have. It was much louder and harder to drive . I had ordered a 10 foot and was given a fifteen foot. I would like to be compensated for the difference in gas as the consumption is different and the route had to be altered and was longer
MORAGH JWhen I arrived to pick up the van I rented, the van keys were not available and another van was not available to me. However, the person working was kind enough to rent me a cube truck for the price of a van. The truck was in very good condition.
KIMBERLEY SLocation was closed. I followed instructions on your app for drop off. While attempting to take photos of the truck with your app, it crashed with error message "storage problem". I don't know how much of my drop-off process had been completed.
COLIN EMy truck was not returned from the previous client. They only charged them double which seems insufficient because it caused so many problems on my end. Maybe they should have to pay for the person they inconvenienced. I was offered a smaller truck but would have to drives miles to get it…..they eventually capitulated after a long time of discussions but still gave us a smaller truck, entailing two moving trips, inconveniencing the movers and my new apartment management. Green St. Location in Halifax is a dump: the building isn’t maintained, the store is filled with junk, it’s dirty, and there was a huge lake of water out front. Also I feel there are not enough client service reps answering the phones.
