The truck had a tire with low air pressure, the air conditioner did NOT work, radiator overheated it had NO WATER, I called road side assistance but we told her we were adding water and would try to make it to the drop off point. When I arrived to check in the truck I tried to pay cash (because I always have when renting a U-Haul) but was told by the employee they don't take cash! How stupid! At least put up a sign telling customers this. I will never rent from this location again! This was the most horrible experience yet I have experienced when renting from u-haul
Sandra W.The Hwy.49 U-Haul Storage #4 was a clean business. But was closed by the time I arrived to drop off the trailer and two wheel dolly. I didn't see any after hour's number's to call or to leave a message. But the drop off area was accessible and easy to park the trailer in. Thank you for a nice looking business.
