No issue with location service or truck, but when you rent a truck for a time period or 10- 7 you would expect that but when I got their to pickup truck I was told I neeed to get the truck back in 4 hrs or I might be charged $200.00 more, if this is some kind of new policy customers should be informed of this prior to renting, if pricing on the web is for the day why are you asked how many hrs you need if of and then you are told the truck need to be back in 4 hrs, that is not right when you are planning a move and need a truck for a period of the and then last minute you have to get you move done in less then half the time the expected.Richard K.

Uhaul changed the pick up/drop off location at the last minute because of unavailability at the location I chose. So it was a total of an extra five miles that I had to drive, and pay for gas and mileage. I really don't care that the truck was all banged up and an eyesore to be on the road. It served its purpose of hauling all my household belongings to my new home just five minutes away, and that's what is important. Thank you Uhaul for being there! ðŸ˜ƒJULIE C.

While the manager was nice and obliging the condition of the Uhaul office was small and cramped. I had to wait an hour over my reserved time to receive my rental. I then was rushed out of the office quite rudely as he serviced another customer. The van I rented was not clean and unbeknownst to me the parking brake release lever was damaged but functional. First off I want to say that this was the worst experience EVER! The older gentleman was nice and polite, the younger gentleman was a straight up JERK (nice words). I felt like because I was a white female he thought he could talk down to me and be rude as hell. I went in with my reservation number and my name that is on the contract that was emailed to me the day I booked the rental. The guy immediately said we don't have a truck for you and your at the wrong place. I read the address and said the order has been paid for and I'm at the right place. He said well I don't see you in our system so we don't have a truck for you. Then he tells me that I can go somewhere else and get a truck, at this point I was about to loose my cool. I said so you don't have a 20' truck here and he said I don't see an order for you and we are looking into finding out what to do and he called someone, I then asked again do you have a 20' truck and again he said you don't have a truck rented here. I give the lady on the phone my reservation number and she pulls up the order right away, it was under my boyfriends name because he was the driver (for some reason, even though reservation paperwork I had, had my name on it). Then the guy says see you didn't give us the right name and I said I did, I gave you the name the reservation was under and he said no, it's all your fault you gave us the wrong name. At that time I walked out of the store and let my boyfriend handle it because I was beyond ticked off. I have never in my life been talked down to and treated so bad and told I could go somewhere else and get the rental. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER! I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone and you guys may want to rethink having them as a franchise.Jason H.
