I certainly was not expecting this location to stay open JUST for me ! What a kind lady , I even got a much needed hug after my ordeal with traveling 5 days from Florida and Hurricane Irma - My entire trip was extremely exhausting - AND I WAS BLESSED to be a lucky one to get in on wed at 5am from Tampa airport to snag a U haul completely loaded to max prepared for me - to be traveling down the in this MONSTER 26 foot truck and trailer - 4 Girls mind you - ONE CRAZY TIRING RIDE - WE MADE IT ...... and this location and this lady made my night A OKAY . But let me express that my trip however did not end on such a happy note with out the AID Of this Lady and another lady named Gretchen and the assistance of the regional manager Christopher Ortiz of the Greeley Colorado stores ... Gretchen was there to assist me in contact with Mr Ortiz,,,, as I was directed to her location thus passing my final drop off conveniently at the hands of a man named Jordan from Koehn Storage in Greeley Colorado on 10th street ... This was my original drop off location - and it was suppose to be at 10:15 am on the 13th , MY bad my mistake - however I did confirm that if I had the truck and trailer a few more days how much would it be - I thought I hear 35/ 37 a day plus tax which would or could be around 40 day great - so if I need it it is 40 extra a day = ---- On the 13th at 10:15 am I get a call - I answer and the guy says where is my U Haul , - I advise the $35/ 37 day - he says 40 okay no problem - but because I did not secure it - I will be subject to and entire rental matching what I had ( 7days at $2300 , plus insurance ) WHAT - okay what is my dead line I ask and is someone waiting on this truck - no one waiting Jordan said and my dead line is 5pm ( This guy Jordan was suppose to call my on a 10X24 storage unit to put my 26 foot truck full of stuff ) and he never did - me or my husband which is just down the street a bit - so he lied to me and said he tried to leave a message on both phones but could not - My phone I agree you cannot leave a message however I can see that you have called and your plugged in as for my husband he has voice mail and he has never gotten a call from him ) so then I arrive at 3:30 with the truck and trailer empty ( thank you Jordon for the rush and no place to put our stuff that we had to invade our friends farm and use there storage , ) I arrive at Koehns and run in ask him the time 3:33 ( FUNNY MY LUCKY NUMBERS ) YAY, hey dude thanks be right back run up the street pick up my 18 yr old kid and truck and be right back - 3:45 pm I'm back - did you get paper work ready ( overly excited that this is the end of it and I can finally get the Chiro and massage I so need , and had to give up to run and unload truck to avoid and entire new rental because I am late ) I enter and said did you did get paper work ready - he knows who I am he just called me to drop off truck and when I asked what time it was and happy I made it I told him who I wa

We were under the impression we were able to use the unit until midnight if necessary. The woman on site rudely informed us that it must be returned by o and was her unempathetic to our potential need for time. Felt as though we paid for that much time and were not permitted to use it. This caused is to be rushed and add stress to our already stressful situation.

I would suggest that you include the height of the trailer in the size of the trailer. We could have used a taller trailer.

The unit had a tail light out and the lady wasn't going to say anything. I saw it and fixed it. There was a man that had just came and replaced a different light on the trailer and should have checked it. She definitely should not have wanted to send me with an illegal tailer.
