Reserved a truck online 3 days in advance. Day before scheduled pickup, the lady at Store it wise at Westmoor location called to ask if we could come in 1 hour and 15 minutes early because she was closing. So I took off work early unpaid to accomidate her schedule. Then the next day when I went to pick up the truck, I was told to have it back 3 hours earlier than planned. She said there would be no discount and no apologies for the inconvenience. She only blamed the U-Haul software stating it was not good for reservations. We called U-Haul directly and they offered to let us keep the truck an extra 2 hours since we reserved the truck for 24 hours. It was helpful but our entire moving schedule was tight and thrown off so we had to make other arrangements to borrow a friend’s truck and we ended up returning our rental truck within 5 hrs but still paid for 24 hours. I won’t be renting from U-Haul again.

My daughter rented a truck for the day and I paid the bil for her when all was said and done. My first experience with Kim was that she sounded as if she was in a hurry and didn't want to be bothered when I asked why they had charged $74.00 to my daughters CC when I had already given my information. She eventually took my CC info. When my daughter had returned the truck I called to get the amount BEFORE she charged the card, but she had not checked the truck in yet. Low and behold she called me later and told me she had ALREADY charged my card before telling me the amount. Needless to say I was livid. My card was charged $68.00 (and some change). She charged my daughter for the insurance instead of asking her if she wanted to use her own. That was a charge of $14.00 that could have been eliminated had she just asked my daughter. Then a $1 Enviornmental tax? What? Then a $2.00 Safety Program fee? Again ..What? This was my daughter's first experience with U-haul and it will be the last. Believe me when I say I will let everyone I know about this location and the unprofessional way they do business. Terrie Boles-Staverosky

There is nothing I can think of that needs to be improved on. I would especially like to thank Kim for her friendly positive attitude. Her office is so beautiful with all her plants and flowers. She was so helpful and understanding in a time so chaotic and crazy for me. She was the ray of sunshine when truly we were having a snow storm. Again thank you Kim

The truck rode super rough. The door didn't seal so it was very loud and rough. The appliance dolly we rented was not in working condition according to the movers we hired.

So the original pickup location was not this one. Had reserved a 17' truck to be picked up at 830 from their other location. After arriving right at 830 the site was closed. After waiting 20 minutes and still nobody I called the phone number and was put through to customer service. Being transferred numerous times because they couldnt tell why the site was not open I then was told to pick up a truck, not the 17' truck I had reserved at this location. So from being on time at 830 I finally got a truck, not the 17' truck and was on my way an hour and a half later. I have never had an issue with U-Haul but this was not the best experience. I will deeply consider others option before using U-Haul again. This left a very bad impression and put our entire day behind schedule...

With the 15' truck, a few extra pieces of rental equipment (dolly and 12 furniture pads), and the Moving Help we received (from Everson's), our experience was flawless and convenient - all at a great price. My husband and I were very happy for our move which was completed within 2-2.5 hours and were so thankful for the help. It changed our moving experience and perspective - thank you!

Whole process of rental thru return easy. Staff helped me pick vehicle to meet needs, defiantly will recommend to others and use again. Site selected was great customer service experience. Stopped at other U-Haul locations in town before rental and some staff at the other locations in town were not helpful and appeared to have little or no interest in helping me with rental needs.

There was confusion about which location in our city to use to drop off the small trailer. We took it to the one identified on our contract but there was only one woman working there and no one to help us back the trailer in on a very long driveway. She sent us to another location where, again, there was only one woman working. She was very busy with various customers but directed us to a spot where she helped us manually push the trailer in to it. Both the women at both locations were really nice and very helpful, but the lack of employees at the locations caused us to spend about two hours to get the trailer finally dropped off, ironically, at a location within walking distance from our home. If we hadn’t been physically able to manually push the trailer, not sure where we’d have ended up. All other interactions with the Uhaul employees and locations were great. We think these hard working ladies at both busy locations need helpers. This is a college town—lots of young people looking for part-time jobs throughout the year.

I took the U-Haul from Greeley to Englewood, CO and they only gave me 70 miles to get there and get the U-Haul back to the drop off location in Englewood. Which I ended up going over obviously and getting charged for. I was very disappointed.

We moved a few blocks from Westmoor location and all went well. We will be return customers if we need a rental.

The store is behind a small strip mall. If you don't know it's there you will drive right by it! I did anyway. It would be nice if a U Haul sign was out on the main road! A LARGE sign.

This was our second location. We went to first and equipment not there. No notification. If you use the app it should be able to verify location of exact equipment. Wasted time

The husk ramp did not work smoothly. Had to struggle to get it out all the way in order to hook the ramp in place. Otherwise all was good
