I'm pleased with my pickup and drop off locations. It's uhaul itself that I will never use again. I have called twice to complain and both times I've been told I will receive a call back from a supervisor and never have. Nick and Susie must be real busy ignoring people.

Paradise Auto Grants Pass Or was AWESOME!! Its your UHAUL service out establishments messed with my RESERVATION I received calls and confirmed service on 3 different service providers!! Quite frankly UHAUL is messed up in that in order to "stay relevant " and get credit to have UHAUL as part of their businesses!! I have used UHAUL since the 90's, I'll continue because I know the actual services are great if you can not afford private moving company. SO UHAUL do you OWN VENDORS a shot knowing that they helped an individual through some hard times and goodtimes get the prized possessions to the next home, by allowing them to LOCK IN THAT RESERVATION and it have no issues WHAT SO EVER!! YOUR RESERVATION SYSTEM SUCKS!! YOUR VENDOR AT THE TWO LOCATION I EXPERIENCED THIS MOVE WERE AWESOME!! They deserve an award for how many times my reservation disappeared from them multiple times and had to recover the reservation that bounced to a different vendor right in front of me !! Already paid in fill when I arrived at my destination of my initial itinerary and it bounced me from there too!! Help us as a customer already stressed and your awesome vendors a grantees according to that reservation and service vendor the reassurance that it stays that way!! Then no one would be writing a comment like this complimenting your vendors who I actually dealt with according to my reservation and LOCK IT IN!! Cause your system is messed up!! Thank you to Paradise Auto UHAUL vendor in Grants Pass and the UHAUL SERVICE Center in Lynnwood WA for all you did for me!! Its still was an enjoyable service exchange and the conversation I had at both locations, its YOUR SYSTEM THATS THE MESS ! Wendy

I picked the truck up in Grants Pass, Oregon. The truck REEKED of the smell of Marijuana, I complained and asked if there was another vehicle available. I was told it was the only one in the entire city of Grants Pass, so feeling I had no other choice I took the truck. The odor was present in the cab on the entire trip, everything furniture.clothing bedding the entire load of household goods stinks. It is my mothers stuff and she is beyond angry. Very very unhappy.

Did online check in prior, still took over an hour to get done. Agent was rude and not helpful, also charged my credit card twice and the wrong amount. Lied about the charge saying I wouldn't be charged yet was. Also questioned my decision about insurance and made a comment about "that's a mistake". Will never go there again and will never recommend.

Paradise Auto practices drinking on the job. Not an issue if you can maintain and have good customer service. They are very lazy with their U-haul service. Probably a direct reflection of how they conduct themselves. When asked the difference between a one way contract and or dropping back off at their location I was told "The only difference is the vehicle." I ended up paying almost as much as my previous week long rental for two days because of this misinformation. As well as being given a U-haul to put my things in completely black with marijuana resin and stinking. I tried to wash the U-haul before I put my things in and ended up having to go with it. I am not happy at all. If he couldn't switch my contract, the least he could have done is give me a discount for all of the resin in the U-haul. This was my third rental in the past four months. The first office called the 800 number for me. Paradise Auto puts in zero effort.

The location was fine. Once I got through u hauls bullshit. The 1st location I went to,in Merlin,or, had nothing, and looked like a toothless methead chop shop. I finally got through to uhaul on the phone. Had to give a bunch of non pertinent personal information, just to find out if there was a trailer I could use,somewhere in my area. I made a reservation and was told the place would be open at 9 am. That was not correct, so uhaul wasted even more of my time. Then....had to give my information a 2nd time at the rental place. More wasted time. Uhaul is now my absolute last resort, when I have no other option.

Their was a disconnect between the on-site location and the reservation desk/Central point. The on-site location had no immediate information about our rental agreement and equipment. Combination of people and high tech issue. People all professional and polite.
