For an honest review, the cab and bed of the van were not very clean. The seats and floor of the cab were dirty, and there were two empty plastic bottles under the seats.The bed had old, torn cardboard boxes across the floor, and several empty trash bags.Also, we kept getting an alert that an oil change was needed, and by the end of the trip, the notice that the van was at '7% remaining oil life'. (The trip started with it at 11% oil life, which was a bit concerning). The van itself was a pretty smooth ride, and we had no problems with the drive itself.I've already scheduled another van rental for the end of this month, and hope the next van is in better shape.

Gregory ZTerrible cell service meant that we had extreme difficulty checking in and out using the app. When returning the van, we weren’t able to upload the photos due to the terrible cell service, so the app told us to leave the key in the lockbox and we were good to go. I then got a bill for gas on my final receipt when we actually overfilled the tank so that we left it with more gas than it had when we got it. I am waiting on U-Haul to get back to me. I won’t be using this location again. It took over an hour and had to contact support to pick up the van because of the issues with the app and then to have them either accidentally or intentionally make an error on the gas is extremely irritating.
