Customer service was not good in terms of offering a welcoming environment in person and on the phone. The owners and staff are not very friendly and were short on answering my questions. It seems that they have forgotten that they are in the service industry which means that customers are to be treated with respect and appreciation. This location seems to be more interested in just dealing with the financial aspect of the service! I won't be using them again unless I absolutely have to do so.
