I reserved this vehicle waiving the insurance and when the contact was finalzed the insurance was put on?? I was told if the vehicle was returned with a gas level anywhere from 2/3 to 3/4 that I would not be charged an added fuel cost but yet I was charged for 2 gallons. I was also told if the vehicle was returned any time on Sunday that I would not be charged an extra day but yet I was charged an extra day. Horrible communication.
JOHN CIt was a fiasco getting the dispatch changed to this location. The “girl” at the front desk wasn’t at work “yet” (11:00) and the guy knew absolutely nothing.
