Laura F.Arrived on Saturday to pick up my reserved vehicle and there was no one present to address a rental that day. An employee of the auto glass company had to call someone on vacation in Mertle Beach to assist with issuance of the vehicle. Vehicle had number previously marked damage and I was unable to upload photos at time of rental. Inside the vehicles lighting switch is not secured to the dash board.
RODNEY M.It was a bit confusing dropping off, but the owner came out to apolgize that the building is new and the drop box is not installed yet. That would really help to get that installed. Otherwise, truck was perfect for last minute need. I had called ahead to inquire and they had the truck up front and ready to go when I arrived a short time later. If need again, this is the location I will use and refer others to.
