Tony's Tire was on top of taking care of us and making sure everything was a100% safe and ready to go. It took us longer to check out because they had to fix the wire with one tail lights. All of the guys from the desk to garage get a double A+ A+. I would not change anything with them. I think all locations should be this AMAZING!

KEVIN MI'm sure that no one will read this but I'll add a comment. The staff at Tony's Tires was excellent. My issues began when I arrived at my home and opened the back. Someone had spilled a vanilla milkshake near the middle of the box and because our driveway is on a slope, it flowed throughout the back of the truck. I didn't see it and walked up the ramp and skated across the floor before falling. I fell again out of the back door near the ramp while attempting to clean it with rags. At 65, I'm lucky I didn't break a hip. The next morning we made our 2nd stop to load my daughters apartment where we were plagued with flies all day, due to the stickiness and sweet smell. During our unloading in Bentonville, we tracked this stickiness into her new home including the flies that came along with us. We have used UHaul many times over the years and have never had any issues. No offer of reimbursement was offered when I reported the issue 1st thing Monday morning. This experience was not pleasant nor was our drop-off experience listed below.
TIMOTHY KI reserved the truck @ uhaul.com. The dealer was closed on Sunday. I had to use the mobile app to get my rental. The app told me the rental unit was to the right of the entry drive. There was a truck there, but the key did not operate the vehicle. From where I parked, I could not see the other trucks available. I called the 1-800 number. I waited 30 minutes or more to get it resolved.1-800 called the dealer at home. The truck was on their lot next to some UPS trailers. Had the app told me where the truck was located, I would not have had a problem.
