Had to drop off after hours and the lot was full. Left trailer on the frontage road nearby with other uhaul equipment Ran the blankets out on second trip as they would not have been secure in the trailer. Not a big deal and all good

The location it new and they are apparently in remodel mode. The parking of the 20 ft truck on return was a bit of a challenge b/c of limited space. The woman that help us was very helpful.

The wiring for the lights had a short in the connector closest to the trailer body. It would cause the passenger side lights to go out.

more flexibility with the pick up and drop off locations. we wanted to pick up and drop from one office that actually office only and has NO trucks of any kind.. you do not transfer trucks there. you are not allow to drop it there, only for over 3x the fee... it is a small town with at least 3 uhaul locations. would it kill the company to have some flexibility in town? it is not a big deal to the company, but for the person moving and packing/carrying/dragging furniture and boxes of books, cloth etc the whole day would make a big difference if the truck could be dropped at the office right by the house (3 min. WALKING) instead of driving the truck and the car another 6-10 miles just to drop. Also, to the phone service, be more careful and double-check the customers schedule, i got a call one week earlier that i was supposed to pick up the truck at Friday noon and now it is half past one.. freaked me out, with all the craziness of our move, my first reaction was"OMG, am i an idiot?? maybe requested the truck for one week earlier than should have been??? then after i called back it turned out they called the wrong person..

My reserved trailer was not at the reserved location on South College in Fort Collins. I had to take an additional 2 hours to go to the new location to pick up my reserved trailer and then wait until the facility opened. I then had to drive back the direction from which I came and go past my original pickup location. This cost me several hours of my time plus many unplanned additional miles on my truck. Horrible customer service at the first facility on South College Ave in Fort Collins. Never offered to go get the trailer for me, only replied, "things happen". Kings Auto was more sincere with my situation and helped as quickly as then can. I would fire the people at South College Uhaul in Fort Collins if I could. Don't take my poor rating for Kings Auto they were good. The poor rating is for South College Uhaul.

Truck's brakes and acceleration were extremely finicky, air conditioner blew very hot air. Otherwise the truck was perfectly fine, clean, and had no damage. Staff were friendly and got my rental processed very quickly.

Your truck was not available at the 287 location you assured me it would be. You then sent my to the "Mulberry Uhaul" location, however that did not open til 1000am and did not have a 26' truck. Then I get sent to Kings Auto, which took good care of me. I would not use Uhaul again.

The truck was pretty beat up and infact the steering wheel was crooked which made it hard to see how fast I was going. It ran great and the interior was clean.
