There was no personnel to interact with when I dropped off the vehicle on Sunday which might be the only area for improvement but overall everything is done on your mobile app which works fine. Since it was my first time using the app and not interacting with a person takes some getting used to but pretty decent process.
GREGORY CYes and no; anything that is 20' and up, you can not find a suitable parking area as to where they want you to park. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are dropping off the truck after hours.
Nang YThe truck I reserved was not available and they did not notify me until I was there to pickup. I then had to then rent a more expensive truck. The truck was covered in cobwebs and bugs. There was a lock on the cargo bed that they did not know the combination to so I had to wait 2 hours for someone to come and cut it. Don’t rent from here.
Nicholas PAriana was very helpful and practices excellent customer service. Truck should be kept clean for the next customer always.
