Adam stayed unpeeled returned the van so we could pay on another card. SERVICE, WoW, no one goes out of their way anymore, but Adam did!!! Very impressed!Jane E.

The location and the service was ok no problem at all. The problem AND IT WAS A HUGE ONE WAS THE THE TRUCK; the vehicle. It was shaking violently time after time. There was DEFINITELY something wrong with the truck. I rented U-HAUL countless times more than 20 in the past, but nothing like this one. When it shifts a certain gear it triggers the the horrible shaking. I was very scared that I won't make it or something worse. I think the brakes also have problems. It was a horrible and potentially dangerous experience I had with that trip.Davit C.

Truck had an old battery that died, dirty windows, old wiper blades, and the cargo door leaked rain water onto contents. The truck was 20 miles from wear I reserved it and the mileage allotment was calculated wrong and I had to pay for extra miles. Typical poor U-Haul quality and service.Ricky C.

The guy in the front desk was polite and helpful but when it came time to pay 2 of my cards decline .. I came in ready to pay cash and also I mention him that and I had my business card available with plenty of money in account but I didn't wanna use it but I will if necessary.. I went deposit cash in my personal account when I came back they cancel my reservation.. now I call U-Haul and they were really helpful and they call the store (Danny's) now U-Haul tells me the only way we can release the truck is if the guy in the front desk feels comfortable with you !!? Now I'm upset because he never shows any uncomfortable signs when I'm in there , he's very happy and polite answering my questions .. I own my business and been successful because I know how to treat people and customer service .. I told this guy do not ever judge anyone because he never knows people situation I was depending on this truck and if I didn't move that day I was gonna be $2000 short on one more month of rent .. don't mix business with personal feelings.. comfortable?? I never say did anything to make him feel that way .. I can understand trust because i don't trust anyone neither but business is business.. I literally had to argue wit this guy to make it realize he was gonna fuck me over if he didn't release the truck that day .. that's why my review is 1 star and will never recommend this storeJUAN S.
