How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe lady that works the front desk there with U-Haul, not only did she make it a smooth transaction, she came out. I’m in a wheelchair and hooked up my trailer, and then when I got done, she come out and unhooked my trailer. If that ain’t customer service, I don’t know what it is. That lady, I forget her name, and I apologize sincerely, but thumbs up to her. It’s an asset to U-Haul and Napa. Will do business nowhere else but there because of her!
Ernest SIt was just your normal u haul , nothing really stood out special.
