The lady/ operator on the phone was very helpful in getting the trailer reserved for me. She took the time to find me a trailer close to my vicinity. The next trailer available wasn’t available until 100 miles away from the town.
roberto bThe pick up location was great. Uhaul online rental is awful. I had to drive TWO additional hours TO this location because the original location didn't have the equipment. Don't let me rent something that ISN'T AVAILABLE!! I drove through other towns that had the equipment! If they would have let me know my original location didn't have what I needed I could have saved time and money!
valton MWhen I finally got my truck after 4 hours back and forth and 50 miles more driving. I I had to take the biggest truck. You affords it cost more. Then 10 miles down the road a check engine light came on I card roadside service that did not seam concerned about it.so I drove over 100 miles that way.
