This experience was a train wreck. I reserved a 12 x 6 and the guy said uhaul had overbooked. I had to settle a 8x5. Had to leave a bunch of stuff behind.Richard G.

My problem was with the system, not the location. The mini mart/gas station was so very very helpful. You did not call me the night before, I could not even view my reservation online until 9 pm when I checked in online. You changed the pickup location and time at 7:15am the day of the rental, which was suppose to be for 8:00 am to 10:00, via text. You needed to refund me $4.95 which you were unable to do. We waited at the station for one hour for resolutionSteven H.

Don't make reservations you can't fufill. It causes a real inconvenience on people who have to move in a timely manner. Moving is stressful enough and your company should pride itself on actually helping your customers through it not making it even harder on them.Kristy C.
A piece of furniture was left in the truck I rented I understand it is my responsibility to check the ruck out first and I did take pictures of the truck all the way around but I assumed it was empty the container door was closed when I picked up the truck this caused my moving to take longer and more money spent on fuel because I wasn't able to get all of my belongings in the truck because of the space the piece of furniture til up because I didn't know the furniture was in the back of the truck until I got to my storage and opened the door to load it.MARY BETH B.

Nothing, everything was great. I just think if you return it early and with a full tank of gas you should get some kind of mileage discount or some credit for next time you rent again especially with the price of gas and filling up the tank which I didn't need to do but I did even if the discount expired in a year you'd still get a benefit because people would rent from you again and either lose that benefit or would use that benefit and it's a win-win or a win lose situation for either partyRODNEY W.

My issue is with the regional office. I got an email, the night before from the regional office (not a call as I would have expected), that all the sudden they had pushed out my reservation for two weeks! I was livid! Thankfully I was able to make other arrangements with the local office. I will not be trusting any arrangement I make with the corporate or regional office again!Casey Darrell V.
The location did not have the 15' truck size we reserved and we received no prior notice. Had to wait over an hour while contacting regional U-Haul to see if there was a truck in the area and spoke with 5 different people. Eventually no truck, had to settle for a 10'. Loss of time. Also, they did not have moving blankets as reserved.Conrad S.
