This was the worst experience I've ever had renting a truck, the 24/7 share doesn't work. I called customer service to help me and they couldn't. Luckily the gentleman inside was able to force the system open, he even had to call his u haul help line to make it work. The U haul part of the gas station is only open for 4 hoursDavid C.

U-haul agent went to lunch when we were supposed to pick up our truck and the truck I confirmed on Tuesday was not even available. I was very disappointed in the service and lack of customer service that we were shown, The truck itself was dirty too. If there was another company in my area to use I would.Pat S.

This location was awesome and very helpful. Uhaul as a company on the other hand is doing very poor. Not only was my reservation location changed 4 times, but on the way to pick up a truck they told me they no longer have it even after confirming twice. I got stuck with a shorter truck and had to pick it up in a different city. Ultimately I wasnt able to complete my full move due to the smaller size, I was discounted 50 dollars but that doesnt compensate the amount of time, money and work I had to use with my personal vehicle on multiple trips to finish the job. My parents happened to be moving the same weekend in their home town and the same thing happened to them. They are convenient vehicles, but that's only if you are able to get one that matches the size, time and location of your "reservation".Gabriele T.
I have been through U-Haul Hell. WE wanted a 26foot truck and I called t reserve on Mon. On Thurs they e-mailed me that it was not at our location and we would have to drive 45 miles to pick up a truck. We had to go for two 20' trucks instead. Because of the hours of service we had to pick up and drop off after hours so we could get a full day of work in. The trucks are fine but the customer service is awful. I had to call many times and was hung up on several times. The after hours pickup took too long and I could not do it. After calling and getting hung up on I was on hold forever and never did get through. My son had to use a chat to get though. We must have been there for an hour and a half trying to pick up two trucks. The return process was just as bad online. Finally we had to take pictures and send to the person we were chatting with and just leave the keys in the box because the online kept sayin we had less mileage than we started with.Susan S.

This was not the original pickup location. First one was booked fir silver springs but it was switched to Reno without our approval. Then I cancelled that one and booked in Fernley as one had become available in Fernley. When we went to pick it up, however, there was no truck there! So then we had to call uhaul and ended up getting rescheduled for a bigger truck at this location. This location was helpful, but had neither the furniture dolly nor moving pads we had reserved. This combined with the delay in picking up our truck delayed our move and was a major inconvenience. The system should have alerted us that our truck would not be available so we could make other arrangements. Unlikely to use uhaul again.Spencer C.

Fire the lousy manager that could not stay an extra 15 minutes to service a customer after K&M told him I was on my way from Lovelock! Slacker Scheduled pickup- 2:15 My arrival time there 2:30 rental agent went home before I got there. I picked up a Dolly, there were 2 but the Dolly had a broken vehicle safety chain, I tied it to the dolly best I could but in transit it came loose and was dragging along the way on the highway, poor maintenance is to blame, a failure to inspect his equipment to ensure proper safety protocols were followed. Lazy slacker managers drag down UHauls brand. I have used UHaul for my move to Lovelock from California with no issues. This experience was a nightmare with temps 104 and me in an non air conditioned van alone with no help.Dennis M.

We had a major breakdown with our truck.. And spent several hours on hold on the phone and online moved from one person to another. When we finally got help the local on the ground people were kind, knowledgeable, helpful in 100 ways. . But Call Uhaul made us scream sitting there beside the highway for 6 hours.SHERRY T.

My problem was with the system, not the location. The mini mart/gas station was so very very helpful. You did not call me the night before, I could not even view my reservation online until 9 pm when I checked in online. You changed the pickup location and time at 7:15am the day of the rental, which was suppose to be for 8:00 am to 10:00, via text. You needed to refund me $4.95 which you were unable to do. We waited at the station for one hour for resolutionSteven H.

Don't make reservations you can't fufill. It causes a real inconvenience on people who have to move in a timely manner. Moving is stressful enough and your company should pride itself on actually helping your customers through it not making it even harder on them.Kristy C.

A piece of furniture was left in the truck I rented I understand it is my responsibility to check the ruck out first and I did take pictures of the truck all the way around but I assumed it was empty the container door was closed when I picked up the truck this caused my moving to take longer and more money spent on fuel because I wasn't able to get all of my belongings in the truck because of the space the piece of furniture til up because I didn't know the furniture was in the back of the truck until I got to my storage and opened the door to load it.MARY BETH B.
